Summertime is here and in order to rock the latest summer outfits, it’s time to tone up your beach body. Style Konsult is here to help you with the best beginner summer body workouts that can be done in the comfort of your own home with only a few dumbbells. Leg Day

To begin, get into a comfortable standing position with or without dumbbells. Complete 10 reps of calf raises then transition into squats for 10 reps. Follow this with 10 stationary lunges, switch legs and complete another 10. Repeat these exercises for three sets and then pat yourself on the back for a job well done.

Arm and Chest Day

Following an optional rest day, start off with 10 chest presses then move into 10 reps of overhead shoulder presses. Next, work out your biceps with 10 classic bicep curls, and finally grab just one dumbbell and finish off with 10 bent-over tricep extensions for each arm. Repeat for three sets and you’ve successfully completed arm and abs day.

Back Day

After an optional rest day, kick off your back exercises with 10 bent-over dumbbell rows, then while still bent at the waist, complete 10 bent-arm dumbbell rows. Following this, you’re going to finish up with 10 simple dumbbell deadlifts. Repeat three times and your chest and back will be looking toned up in no time.
